"The Bridge of Sighs in Venice crosses this small canal behind the Doges Palace taking prisoners to the jail on the other side.
Probably this is one of my favourite Venice views. It was a great experience, first going to see, and then painting it. This is after a lifetime seeing other famous Venice paintings and reproductions for sale." CR
